Making a purchase is very easy. You can place any items in your “ Basket” by simply clicking the BUY button on any product. Items added to the “ Basket” can easily be removed later. After you have finished your selections , click on “ Checkout ” and you will be prompted to fill out a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You can change the quantities or remove any unwanted items from your shopping basket at this point.
Select your delivery area from the drop down box.
Finally choose your method of payment . Either PROTX Secure Online Credit Card Payment or print off form to pay by UK Bank Cheque., Paypal, Postal order, BACS, or Online banking
If you are paying by PROTX Secure Online Credit Card Transaction, you will be taken to a secure form which will encrypt your credit card details so that they cannot be viewed by any unauthorised person (a padlock or key will be visible, in different areas on Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers). Once you entered credit card details click on AUTHORIZE PAYMENT and your encrytped details will be sent to Centurywise Ltd and you will be taken to a receipt page, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order.
Paying by credit card online means that your order will be prepared and despatched sooner than paying by UK Bank Cheque, so you will be able to use your products that much quicker. If you are paying by UK Bank Cheque, your goods will be dispatched as soon as we receive your cheque. All cheques should be made out to " Centurywise Ltd" and sent to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
If you have paid for your order by credit card the name that will appear on your statement is Centurywise Ltd.
If you have any questions or queries, can't find what you are looking for or would like us to offer a product that isn't shown on this site please let us know. Our staff are always able to source additional products upon request.

Prices - All prices are as stated on these pages, less any discounts given in writing. The company reserves the right to vary prices and discounts without notice.
Delivery schedule - The majority of products on our website are available for dispatch from stock. If your
order is received before 1 pm , it should arrive with you within 48 hours to most UK mainland addresses. Where a product is not in stock we will advise you by e-mail, normal delivery of these items is within 2 - 4 working days.

Chemicals. All 25 litre drums of chemicals are sent by Fortec Pallets, on a 1 - 2 day service. They are restricted to UK mainland delivery only. They cannot travel by ferry to Islands or Continent.
Only CW7 Traffic film remover, CW21 Enviro-friendly paint remover, CW23 Anti-graffiti coating, and CW31 Block paving sealer can travel on ferries.

EC & Export VAT charges
VAT at the current UK rate will be charged on all sales to customers in the European Community.
EC customers ( not UK based ) who are VAT registered, can be supplied without UK. VAT being
charged…….subject to EC VAT validation…………
Exports to non EC countries,( including the Channel Islands) , will be supplied without VAT being charged.

Title in the goods shall pass to the customer when payment in full has been made under the contract. Until
such time you shall hold the goods as our fiduciary agent and bailee, and shall keep the goods separate from
your own and those of third parties , and properly store, protect, insure, and identify them as our property.

You may return your goods, in saleable condition, within 7 days of delivery. Please obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged on return.

1) Washers , machinery and hardgoods . Unless stated, all our products are brand new, and come with 12 months return to base manufacturers warranty. The warranty protects the original owner and is not transferable. It covers all defects in material and manufacturing, but does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, modification, or damage caused by neglect. Damage caused by failure to follow instructions contained within the product packing is also not covered. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential losses, the cost of return for testing, or the removal and re-installation.
2) Chemicals - The user should firstly satisfy himself that the product is entirely suitable and safe for his own particular purposes. The company does not accept any liability whatsoever arising out of the use of the information sheets, or any use, application, adaptation, or processing of the product herein.
In the rare event of a product appearing to be obviously faulty or contaminated, contact us within 7 days
to arrange return.
The company is entitled to repair or replace goods, or part of goods as it sees fit.
Payment -
All non- account customers shall be required to pay for goods in full at the time of ordering, or, at the company’s discretion, in full on the delivery of the goods to the customers stated delivery address.
All account customers shall be invoiced net monthly, and is due and payable by the customer 30 days following the date of delivery.
No disputes arising under the contract or delays beyond the control of the company shall interfere with prompt payment by the customer. In the event of default in payment by the customer, the company shall be entitled to suspend all further deliveries without notice.
Liability - The company’s liability , whether in respect of one claim or in aggregate, arising out of any contract shall not exceed the purchase price under the contract.
Legal - The contract between the company and the customer will be governed exclusively according to the law of England & Wales.
Privacy information - At Centurywise Ltd all of your details will remain with us, as in accordance with the data protection act. We do not offer a mailing list at the moment.
Information that is collected about you , the customer, is collected at the point of ordering. Only the information that is input by you is collected and used by Centurywise Ltd for order processing. The information that is collected through our online ordering system is encrypted while online, and is only deciphered when arriving here at the company so that we may process your order. No third parties are involved in this data transfer.
It is our aim to respect your privacy at all times. As a result, we will not disclose any personal information to a third party except where absolutely necessary. Cases where doing so becomes a necessity include :-
Analysis for management purposes and statuatory returns.
Recording and processing of orders and payments.
Credit checking or rating.
Fraud prevention.
Control & maintenance of after sales service and warranty.
Dealing with customer complaints.
